I am happy to share my next training plan with you which consists of 4 intensive training days. This plan is for everyone who wants to get the best out of their body and build muscle, especially on the butt.
My fitness plan includes a 12-week training plan with 4 sessions per week. We train legs/butt, upper body, and abs intensively to achieve a crisp overall appearance with the aim of building muscle mass, especially on the butt.

How can I download my training plan after I purchase it?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can download the plan directly from there. If you cannot find the email, please also check your spam folder or your customer account under "Orders".
What do I do if I reach my download limit and no longer have access to my plan?
The download limit for training plans is 10. If you have reached this limit and have not saved the plan, please contact us so that we can resend the plan to you.
Are the training plans also available in German?
Yes, the training plans are also available in German. Make sure you have changed your location to “Germany” and the language to “German” in the website settings.
Are the training plans also available in English?
Yes, all training plans are also available in English. Simply select English as the language and your location in the website settings.
Can I return or cancel my training plan?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or cancel digital content after purchase. When purchasing, you agree that the right of cancellation expires as soon as the download has taken place.
What do I do if I can't open or download the plan?
If the download link doesn't work or you see an empty file, there may be a technical problem. Contact us and we will resend you the plan.
Are the training plans also suitable for beginners?
Yes, the workout plans are designed to be adaptable to all levels, from beginner to advanced. You can adjust the weight and intensity depending on your fitness level.
Are there training plans that also include a nutrition plan?
We currently do not offer any training plans that include a nutrition plan. Our plans focus solely on the workout.
How long do I have access to my training plan?
The training plan is yours forever after purchase. Make sure you download it immediately after purchase and save it to your device so you can access it at any time.
